Terms and Student Policies
These guidelines help create a structured, safe, and consistent learning environment so every student can grow, focus, and succeed.
Clear structure creates better learning, better focus, and better results.
Booking
All lessons must be scheduled in advance. A session is confirmed only after direct confirmation from SpinLab Studios.
Lateness
Lessons begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten the session so the overall schedule remains consistent.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Sessions missed or canceled late may be counted as used.
Payments
Payment is required before the first session unless otherwise arranged. All purchases are final and non refundable.
Lesson Packages
Packages are designed for consistent use to support progress. Ongoing communication is encouraged if scheduling adjustments are needed.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to show respect to instructors, peers, and equipment. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a session.
Equipment Use
Students will work with professional DJ equipment. Care is expected at all times. Damage due to misuse may be the responsibility of the student or family.
Media and Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions to highlight student progress. Please notify us if you prefer not to be included.
Accessibility and Support
SpinLab Studios supports students with different learning styles and needs. Families are encouraged to share helpful information so we can create the best possible experience.
